All persons depicted on AnyTube must have been at least 18 years old when the content was produced.

Third-party content

AnyTube indexes content produced and hosted by independent third parties. AnyTube is not the primary producer of that content. Record-keeping responsibility remains with the applicable producer or source, which is identified in the video metadata.

Creator uploads

Creators must verify every performer's age and consent, maintain records required by applicable law, and provide those records when lawfully requested. Content that cannot be verified is removed.
